Mother's Day . . .

Elder Burnham's email was very short this past week, but here it is nonetheless . . .

Well, it was strange as on Thursday someone asked me if I was excited to make my last phone call home... and I had completely forgotten that this weekend was Mother's Day. So, here is your information: the number is 55(Brasil Code)+55(Area Code)+____+____. So, one more time 55-55-____-____. I don't know the starting stuff to make international calls, but I assume you do. You can call me at 5:30pm my time, and I think that it is a 4 hour difference, if I am not mistaken. We have one hour to talk. Haha, don't worry, Mom, you'll have all the time in the world to talk to me in a couple of months.

So, I already have to run. This week was rushed and stressful, as transfers always are, but good. I am staying, again, in Santa Maria and there are no new companions for once. We had the baptisms of Ledi and Felipe this last Sunday. It was great. I have reached my mission goal officially, now I have other goals to acheive before I go home.

This week we are going to try and baptize Claudia, Felipe's mom and Ledi's Daughter. She hasn't accepted completely yet, nor denied. She says she knows it is true and she has no problems with the commandments, so she will be interviewed today just so that she can be baptized tomorrow if she so decides. Pray for her!
