Me and Rory. Isn't she beautiful!On October 23, 2008, Jeff and I headed for Las Vegas for a weekend filled with Birth Injuries and the Law. It was a Continuing Legal Education Seminar that filled two and a half full days. We enjoyed walking around Vegas in absolutely beautiful weather. We did not enjoy the required walk through various casinos to get to the conference hall and our room. The casinos are all smoke filled and crowded--just not my cup of tea.
The highlight of the weekend was seeing our neice, Amber, and her new baby, Rory. We had a nice dinner together and caught up on daily happenings. Rory is a beautiful and pleasant baby. We really enjoyed seeing them.
