This is what we woke up to yesterday morning. This picture was taken during the morning hours. However, it snowed on and off, heavy and light, until about 5 pm yesterday--so it is a lot deeper now than it was in this early morning picture. We probably managed to accumulate about 1.5 to 2 feet of snow. No one made it into work, but Jeff spent hours shoveling yesterday, and he has left for the office this morning. He has to drive to Forks today for a meeting. Here's to safe traveling!I must admit that it is truly beautiful outside. When we turn on our Christmas lights, and they twinkle through the snow, it makes for a picture perfect Christmas.
This is Alivia trimming our tree. She had a blast yesterday walking and playing in the snow with her friends. She has three extra days off of school with winter break starting on the 17th rather than after school today, the 19th.
