When all through the house

About a cookie and a mouse.
When all of a sudden
What did she hear?
A ding on her 'puter
Meaning a new message was near.
My Puppy was writing
Something cryptic again
About my favorite party dress
That flies up when I spin.
Which party dress was that?
Should I choose or would she?
EmJ scoured her closet
Trying to determine what would be!
