Thanksgiving 2009

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in Pinellas Park with my family. We arrived on Thanksgiving Day, just in time for a scrumptous dinner! Our plan was to arrive on Wednesday, with my sister and I fixing dinner the following day. However, with Amelia's surgery on Wednesday, we changed our flight and arrived on Thursday. Thank you, Mom, Dad and Lib, for your understanding.

We had a wonderful, albeit short, trip:

We played many games of contact rummy--I was unstoppable! This is my sister, Elizabeth, Me and my Mom. You can see Alivia's reflection in the mirror.

The hardest part of being around my family is trying to keep the laughter under control. On second thought, who wants to control the hysteria?
We also hit the beach.

I love birds and couldn't resist this picture.
(Ask my kids to show you the Hawaii video!)
